Physiology Department
The Department of Physiology was established on the year 2000. This department teaches the students how living organisms function from the molecular level of cells to the integrated activity of organ systems, in both healthy and diseased states. It is an academic and research-focused department, particularly prominent in medical and life sciences and provides foundational knowledge for understanding Pathology, Pharmacology and Medicine which are concerned with disease and abnormal function.
This departments conduct both large and small group sessions that targets diverse educational outcomes in which large groups are efficient for core knowledge dissemination, while small groups foster active learning, critical thinking, problem based solution, integrated teaching and hand on training practical skills.
