About Me:
Dr. Nourjahan Laskar, Microbiologist holding the post of assistant professor at International Medical College from 2016. She started her journey with this medical college from 2012 as a lecturer of Microbiology. Her graduation was completed in 2009 & M Phil-Microbiology in 2016. During her post-graduation training she was able to provide proper laboratory services. Her research work was associated with diagnosis of MDR-TB done in NTRL, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Till now she has 9 publications on different national and international journals. Currently she involved with Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, IMCH as a consultant & performing the RT- PCR test for diagnosis of COVID-19.Besides these she provides Microbiological Laboratory services, IMCH and conducts classes, examinations of international Health Technology Unit and International Nursing College. Other than academic activities her involvement in different organizational work- as a member of laboratory development management committee and canteen committee is distinct.
